A Process Built for Accountable Delivery

01
Scope & Access

Work order or scope received

Site access is confirmed. If the scope is unclear, we inspect before pricing so the quote starts from a shared understanding.

02
Pricing & Scheduling

Quote and timing in writing

Fixed-price or schedule-of-rates pricing is confirmed before commencement. Variations require written approval.

03
Delivery

Works completed to scope

The site is left clean and safe, with the client or property manager updated at key delivery stages.

04
Documentation

Completion report and photos

Close-out evidence is formatted for insurer, provider, asset-management, or procurement records.

The Controls Your Team Should Not Have to Chase

The same delivery discipline applies to a single work order or an ongoing maintenance program.

Pricing approved before work starts

Every job is scoped and priced in writing before commencement.

Variations require written approval

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers for procurement teams, assessors, and property managers.

Are you insured, and can you provide a Certificate of Currency?

Yes. Dubbo Repairs & Maintenance holds public liability insurance, and we can provide a Certificate of Currency on request. Just let us know when you make your enquiry and we will supply it as part of onboarding.

What is your service area?

We are Dubbo-based and mobilise across Central West NSW. Core coverage includes Dubbo, Wellington, Gilgandra, Coonamble, Nyngan, Cobar, Condobolin, Brewarrina, Bourke and Walgett. Parkes, Forbes and Orange can be serviced by arrangement.

Do you take single work orders as well as ongoing maintenance programs?

Yes to both. We accept individual work orders and are set up to be work-order ready, and we also deliver planned, ongoing maintenance programs for organisations that need recurring coverage. Scope is confirmed in writing and pricing is approved before any work commences.

What documentation do you provide on completion?

Every job includes a documented close-out. We provide completion documentation and photos so you have a clear record for your files, reporting and audit requirements. This applies to single work orders and planned programs alike.

How quickly do you respond to enquiries?

We aim to respond to every enquiry within one business day. From there, scope is confirmed in writing and pricing is approved before work begins, so you always know what is happening before commencement.

How do organisations engage you, and what about NDIS work?

Reach out by phone on 02 5820 0975 or email admin@dubborepairs.com.au and we will guide you through onboarding, including providing our ABN (22 316 866 329) and a Certificate of Currency on request. For NDIS property works, we invoice the engaging provider directly and do not invoice participants.
